Travis Fleisher, Managing Partner
As the son of the #1 residential real estate agent in the country, Travis cut his teeth in business in the world of luxury high-end sales and marketing.
He realized a passion for real estate development working intimately with builders and investors throughout the sales process, which led him to complete his Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance top of his class at Georgetown University and ultimately found R Street Development.
He resides in the heart of Shaw and in his free time loves a hike outside the city, playing basketball and exploring DC with his pup Luka.
Sebastian Dañino Beck, Development Partner
Sebastian Dañino Beck is a seasoned real estate professional with over fifteen years in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked as Sr. Consultant at WSP, a leading global engineering and design firm. Prior to joining R Street, he led the creation of the Corporate Division of Sustainability and Environment for the largest real estate development company in Peru, Inversiones Centenario SAA. He has served on the Board of Director at the Peru Green Building Council and the World Green Building Council.
He previously worked for the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) and assisted with the management of a $28m private equity fund at JER Partners in Washington D.C., received his masters degree in international real estate from Georgetown University and founded a co-working company in Peru. Sebastian's experience as a real estate entrepreneur and understanding of complex real estate transactions provide invaluable insight to our company.
Lyndsay Danino, Marketing Director
Lyndsay has spent the past six years involved in various facets of marketing within the real estate sector. She spent the previous ten years working internationally in the fashion industry including work in the UK, Japan, Korea, France, Singapore and NYC. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Management and Entrepreneurship from Kennesaw State University in 2015, while interning at Museo Mario Testino (MATE) in Lima, Peru. Later, she served as Marketing Manager for Espacio Cowork, a coworking firm based in Latin America.
Upon moving to the United States, she was accepted to Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and graduated with a Master of Arts in 2021. She also has a certificate from the School of Motion in Illustration for Motion and Adobe After Effects. Lyndsay brings strong creative talent to our company and a focus on marketing with a deep understanding of visual content and social media marketing.
