Fill out our short form with your homes address and contact information so we can get in touch with you as soon as possible.  Your home is likely your largest personal investment and at R Street we understand how important this is to your financial well being.  Our reputation is critically important to us and, in turn, we strive to conduct business in a fair and ethical manner. 

Once we have your information, either Travis or Antonio will give you a call or shoot you an email to introduce ourselves and get to know you a little bit better.  We want to learn what your goals and expectations are so that we can identify whether we are a good fit for you, or if we might be able to put you in touch with someone who can best serve you and your unique needs.

Once we have had a conversation and agree that you would like a free home valuation, Antonio and Travis will come out to your home at your convenience so that we can determine the value and what we would be willing to buy it for.  If it not a good fit for us or vice versa, we would be more than happy to put you in touch with any one of our trusted real estate associates who can help you get top dollar for your home!

If your home is a good fit for us, then we will work quickly to present an offer to you as soon as we possible can.  If you would like to seek representation from a real estate agent or company to ensure your interest are looked after, we would be more than happy to provide you with the name of several agents with different companies so that you can choose the right fit for you.

Once the contract is signed and all the terms are agreed on, the next step is to close the deal!  Generally, once we have an agreement in place, we should be able to close on the property within two to three weeks.  We can also be very flexibile in accommodating your needs.  If you need to stay in the property for a couple of weeks, to a couple of months, even a year, we would be happy to work something out that makes sense for your needs.
