Once the contract is signed and all the terms are agreed on, the next step is to close the deal! Generally, once we have an agreement in place, we should be able to close on the property within two to three weeks. We can also be very flexibile in accommodating your needs. If you need to stay in the property for a couple of weeks, to a couple of months, even a year, we would be happy to work something out that makes sense for your needs.
